Insurance Benefits: Health, Dental
Health, Dental, and Vision Care: 85% of the health, dental, and vision insurance benefit cost for the employee and 60% of the cost for their dependents. Employees become eligible for insurance benefits on the first of the month following 60 days.
Health Savings Account (HSA): Employees are eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account which allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical insurance deductibles for those who select a high deductible plan option.
