- Any customers that choose to ship with their preferred collect carriers, automatically assume full responsibility for those items, once their carrier is in possession of them. Noritz does not file or manage transportation claims for accounts not belonging to us.
- All items are subject to 25% restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning the item(s) if applicable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All items returned will be inspected by Noritz. Upon inspection, any items determined to have been installed/used, are missing parts/accessories, are damaged and/or not in new condition, will be ineligible to receive credit.
- Returns of higher quantities and/or items other than what is specified on the RGA will not receive credit.
- This RGA will expire 30 days after issuance.
- Attach the RGA form or notate authorized RGA number on your return shipment. Any return without a visible RGA number may be refused by Noritz.
- Discontinued items are considered “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Circuit boards that are no longer factory sealed will not be accepted for credit.
- Damage/Defective/Misshipment Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the shipment with visible damage. Delivery receipt must have notation of damage upon receipt.
- Damage/Defective/Misshipment Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the shipment with concealed damage
