Accounting & Finance Administrator

Fountain Valley, CA

Noritz is looking for an Accounting Administrator to join our Accounting & Finance team.  We are looking for an energetic candidate with an ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. The Accounting & Finance Administrator is responsible for performing accounting tasks in various areas such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finance, Credit, Tax, and Reporting.


Accounts Payable:

  • Verifies & enters all AP invoices using Concur upload & manual
  • Verifies Builder, Installer/Gas Company Rebate & processes payments
  • Processes payment proposal for every check run, processes payment in multiple methods such as online, credit cards, etc.
  • Follows up by phone, fax and e-mail on pending accounts payables to reconcile with vendors.
  • Manages expense reports by sending due date notifications, verifying receipts, categories & dimensions, and sending reimbursement reports to HR
  • Manage cash advance requests
  • Reconciles credit card statements
  • Post vendor invoices and adds miscellaneous charge if applicable
  • Processes co-op requests
  • Issues credit memos and invoice to our parent company
  • Reconciles outstanding checks, reissuing if necessary

Performs tax-related activities:

  • Obtains W-9 from new vendor & file 1099
  • Other taxes & licenses activities such as Secretary of State filing, Business Licenses, Transfer Pricing, US Census reporting, etc.

Reporting and other duties:

    • Support month-end closing: various reports
    • Filing, document retention






  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or minimum or one-year related accounting/finance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), Word, Accounting software (ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Netsuite is a PLUS), and other software (CRM, Concur, Sharepoint is a PLUS)
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, discounts, interest, commissions and proportions to practical situations.
  • High level of professionalism, problem-solving abilities, multitasking, and time management
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work individually and within a team
