Last week our water heater started to drip. My wife wanted a tankless water heater but I thought it would be too much of a hassle. After talking with Stanley I found out about the EZ water heaters they didn't have to put any new holes in the roof (our roof is brand new so that was a relief) the job they did was fast and clean. I am so glad we called Stanley Plumbing! When you need a contractor and you call someone you have never used before you never know what your going to get. Stanley Plumbing is super professional (Don) knows what he is talking about, very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the whole process. The new water heater, a Noritz EZ98, works great, looks great and really cleaned up the garage. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I just had a tankless water heater installed by Stanley Plumbing. Stanley Plumbing did a wonderful job. They were very nice, very clean and very fast! I called Stanley Plumbing after having 2 other plumbers come out and diagnose my water heaters problem. Stanley Plumbing was able to figure out it was a bad fan motor. My unit is almost 18 years old so rather than fix the old one I decided to install a brand-new water heater. They gave me a very fair price and did a beautiful job installing the new unit.

About a year ago our 11-year-old Noritz tankless water heater began having a problem where a few minutes after we'd begin taking a shower, the water would suddenly turn cold. A while later, another problem developed, and the water temperature would often fluctuate, with the water suddenly getting much hotter than the temperature setting on the control panel. This latter problem was a safety issue for my wife. She is recovering from a stroke, and when sitting in her shower chair, when the water would suddenly turn very hot she would have a difficult time in quickly grabbing the handle to turn off the water flow. We had a highly-rated local plumbing company come out and do a lengthy--and rather expensive--descaling of the heater, but this did not fix the problems. I finally looked on the Noritz factory website and decided to call Stanley Plumbing after reading the many positive reviews about them. I chatted with Don and made an appointment. On the scheduled day, Don arrived right on time. He quickly inspected our unit and performed some troubleshooting procedures. He then spent some time on the phone talking with the Noritz factory technician, who had Don do some additional tests on our unit. After that, Don did a descaling, followed by adjusting everything to within factory specifications. During all of this work, I asked Don quite a few questions about the water heater, and he patiently answered all of them. Once Don had finished with everything, the water heater seemed to be working just fine. When Don completed all of this work on our water heater, his total bill for everything was much less than what the other plumbing company had charged us for just a descaling! It has now been almost a month since Don worked on our unit, and it is still functioning flawlessly. I'm very relieved that my wife can once again take a shower and not have to worry about the water either turning ice cold or extremely hot without any warning. It was a pleasure having Don do the repairs on our Noritz. He was punctual, courteous, patient with answering my questions, and he was very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to repairing Noritz tankless water heaters. I highly recommend you call Don, and Stanley Plumbing, if your tankless water heater is acting up.

We first contacted Stanley Plumbing in 2014 after another plumbing contractor was not able to repair our Noritz tankless water heater. Don Stanley expertly repaired the water heater and installed new isolation valves, water pressure regulator, and a Noritz scale shield. The water heater worked perfectly thereafter. In 2018, we contacted Stanley Plumbing again to fix an error code that was flashing on the Noritz water heater controller. Don again showed up quickly and resolved the problem. I highly recommend Don for his professionalism, courtesy, and plumbing expertise. You can't go wrong with Stanley Plumbing!

Don Stanely of Stanley Plumbing installed a Nortiz EZ98 Tankless Water Heater in my home on 4/16/18. The job was perfect. Don is friendly professional and he really knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable a bout the product and plumbing in general. I would highly recommend him if your are thinking of getting a Noritz. He is the best.

I have been using a Noritz tankless water heater for the past ten years. Until recently, I was not able to find a trustworthy technician to service my water heater. In mid-2013 my heater was malfunctioning, and I contacted a technician I found on the Noritz website. The technician said he had to order a part and would return the next day to replace the part. The next day he returned and installed the part and charged me $900. I was disappointed because the technician never gave me an estimate and really didn’t explain the problem. I felt taken advantage of because the technician suddenly told me the problem was fixed and gave me the bill. This past February (2015) the same problem arose, my water heater would not heat up the water and the heater would suddenly shut off. Based on my negative experience, I was hesitant to contact a technician found on the Noritz website. I eventually contacted Stanley Plumbing and explained the issue with my water heater. More importantly I explained the reason why I didn’t trust a technician on the Nortiz website. The gentleman (I believe his name was Don) took the time to explain the entire process to me over the phone and gave me a rough estimate for the cost of the call out. The next day Don was able to come to my house at 7:00 AM to accommodate my work schedule. Don arrived on time and was very professional. He was very thorough in explaining how the tankless water system works. In the end Don descaled the system and made some adjustments that needed to be made to keep the system from shutting down. I have complete confidence in Staley Plumbing and would recommend them to friends and family.

Mr. Stanley replaced the heat exchanger on our tankless last April, 2015. He completely reconditioned it and made our old water heater like new! In February, he helped us out of a tight spot and came on his lunch break to replace another small part. Despite the fact that he was super busy, he went out of his way to help us. We appreciate the great service and are completely satisfied customers. I would recommend his services and his Noritz tankless water heaters to any friend without hesitation.

Very satisfied with the service. Don came out on the same day and though he did not have the part on hand, he supplied us with a temporary unit for use over the weekend. Returned on Tuesday and re-installed our unit after cleaning and servicing it. Problem solved!

I hired Don Stanley to remove my old water heater and replace with new tankless water heater. Mr. Stanley arrived on time, he was very professional, began work right away. It took him around 7-8 hours to complete the job. He worked straight thru. He answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. His work was clean, he moved things out of the way, moved them back when he was done. Cleaned up after himself. After the installation was done, he explained how the system worked, gave me infomation on several options for accessories. He let me know to call him with any questions i may have in the future. Overall it was a very progressional service. I am glad I chose this provider.

We used Stanley Plumbing this past year on a major remodel of our home and had an excellent experience with every step of the process. Don the owner installed a Noritz tankless water heater and a Pentair water softener as well as all new modern energy efficient fixtures, toilets, sinks, tubs and an incredible 5"x12" state of the art rain shower including jet sprayers and wand ! This shower along with a gorgeous free standing tub Don installed in the master bath is the highlight of our new home ! We highly recommend this company as dealing with the owner was a pleasurable experience with NO surprises ! 5 stars for sure !
