Unlike others we called, AWS first attempted to repair our malfunctioning 7-yr Noritz Tankless Water Heater (NRC661) but it's ignition system still kept malfunctioning. We also have a second one in the attic crawl space that is still working perfectly. As others had recommended, they replaced it. It took about 2.5hrs, less time than estimated. I called Arnett's at 9:30am on Friday morning to get service on a leaking tankless water heater (installed in 2007-8). I was told a technician could be there between 10:30-11:30. Eric showed up right at 10:30, and quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was leaking. Unfortunately, the part was no longer made. Eric had the new tankless system installed within an hour. He answered all my questions about the new unit, was very clean in his work, and pleasant to deal with.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Arnett and his team. I called him on a Wednesday and he met me after work the same day to evaluate what we needed to do to repair, in our case replace our 15-year old Noritz tankless water heater. By Friday the job was completed exactly as advertised. If I had the time I would go door-to-door signing praises for these folks. Excellent service. My 11 year old tankless water heater died overnight. I called them because I found consistent excellent reviews across different websites. Glad I chose Arnett's Water Systems as it exemplifies excellence and outstanding service. Eric and his professional team (Phillip and Anthony) installed a new Noritz EZ98 (EZTR50). I decided to switch to tankless water heater after my old gas (storage tank) heater started leaking. After days of researching, I chose the Noritz brand which has Arnett's as among the local certified installers listed in the Noritz website. Eric without much delay replied to my request for a cost estimate Thursday morning. Very accommodating and understanding of customer needs, Eric rearranged their service schedule so the installation may commence Friday morning instead of over the weekend. Removal of the old heater was quick and installation of the EZ98 was without issues. During the operational test, a leak in my existing hot water piping was identified, which the team repaired/replaced with no problem and no additional cost to me. Hot water restored in minimum time. I decided to use Arnett's water system, after a friend of mine had his tankless water Heater installed by them over 13 years ago, and it was still going strong. Tony and Phillip arrived on time and got right to work, and were done in a little over 2 hours. We tested the hot water and as expected the water is first cold, then within 5 or so seconds got to the preset temp of 120 degrees. I was really impressed with the overall professionalism and courtesy that they provided and I would highly recommend Arnett's Water Systems.

Erik from Arnett's Water Systems was prompt on arriving and replacing my previous Noritz unit Model N-0751M that only lasted 13 years, even after doing the yearly maintenance. I was going to go with a different brand of Tankless Water Heater because of the short life span, but Erik convinced me to stay with Noritz and explained that the newer unit was a better and more efficient one, I will give Erik and his company a five star rating and hope the my new Noritz gives me longer life and the unit is a good as he says.

Sunday January 24, 2021 my Noritz tankless water heater went out it was a very cold day here in San Diego. I immediately called Erik at Arnett's Water Systems since he installed it 13 year ago, he was at my house within the hour on a Sunday to check it out, after doing the necessary testing he told unfortunately it was dead. We talk about replacing it his boys were here the following day, Monday to do it, it took them a couple hours to replace it with a newer model Noritz NR98, they did a great job, it is back online and we have hot water. Thank you Erik for another well done installation, the boys were terrific workers and did a very clean install. I only wish you and I had talked about the Noritz EZ98 with the 25 year Warranty. We just had a very positive experience with Arnett's. Phillip came out for our annual tankless hot water heater flush. When he saw calcium deposits forming on the hot water pipes exiting the heater, he asked if it would be okay to remove the cover panel to see how things looked on the inside. He was concerned that it appeared that our system was on its last legs, and if he were to do the flush, it might cause a leak, which he wanted to avoid. He recommended that instead of doing the flush, it would be better to run the system until it dies, and then spend the money on a new system when needed instead. There was no charge for the service today. Phillip was courteous, honorable, and timely. There is no doubt that we will call Arnett's when it is time to replace our tankless hot water heater.
