Very happy with our experience with Freddie. On Thanksgiving day, we discovered a leak with our water heater. We were thinking this is the worst day something like this could happen since stores are closed and professionals are probably off. Was really happy and surprised when Freddie replied back to our Yelp quote request within minutes, which then led to a call to go over our situation, best thing to do to mitigate the issue, and schedule a time for a water filter and tankless water heater replacement (it was always on our mind to do this). No need to pre-visit our home to assess the situation. We took care of this via texting photos. Day of appointment, he was on time and took care of everything as discussed. No hidden or additional fees, price exactly as quoted. He and his assistant were also really nice guys, which always puts you at ease when you're letting someone into your home. It's been about 4 weeks since we've had the system and we are really enjoying both the filtered water and the endless hot water. Everything is working well with no issues.

Our Noritz water heater went dead suddenly after 12 years of 1st hand usage. Contacted Noritz customer support finding out the closest replacement model and a list of local installers. Phoned up Agape Waters Plumbing and the owner Freddie followed up immediately coming to our rescue. He ordered the new heater and all the required accessory parts as soon as possible, and without any delay installed the new heater next day morning with high quality parts of brand new replacement pipes/valves connecting parts. Hot water flows without any glitch once Freddie installed the new heater perfectly. Agape was so lovingly kind and considerate and even submitted our heater warranty for us to Noritz couple hours after the installation. Super prompt and professional services - excellent job well done Freddie @ Agape !!!

Freddie is such a wonderful person, rate is very reasonable compared to the other that 2 that I had an estimate. His work is very neat and clean, informs you well on practically everything about the installation process, he even did the product registration for us. Best is he gave me a follow up call the following day to check how was things going. Am so glad and thankful to choose him.

Freddie and Tom did a great job. Our water heater went out, so it was urgent to get a replacement. I had a Noritz installed at a previous house and loved the idea of tankless, so nice to not have to take a cold shower cuase your the third one in after the beach. Freddie got everything lined up and did a professional job. It is obvious that this is his speciality and he is one of the best. He and Tom were excellent. and the installation is beautiful. Fred offered to assist in determining what size unit I should get and he was very knowledgeable in the various models. He called to follow up on items we had discussed and he showed up on time once I decided on a model. He has very good customer service skills and his work was beyond reproach. He used top notch materials and I couldn't say more about the pride he takes in performing his work to perfection. The unit was functioning in 4 hours, the old tank was hauled away, and he left the place spotless. If there were 10 stars, he would get all 10.

Freddie was very competent in his knowledge of our tankless water heater. It needed servicing since our system was not working properly. One phone call and he was over in a prompt fashion. His friendly demeanor was an added plus. He had Tech Support on the line while he was fixing our unit to see if there were any warranties with the unit. We are extremely satisfied with our system, now. It works great. Freddie gave us his card and explained that he stands by his work. If another problem arises, he will assess it immediately and will discuss possible replacement. His estimate for the replacement was $800 cheaper than his competitors. Freddie came to our rescue, installing a new propane tankless Noritz when our hot water tank failed. He's also helping us with improving delivery of the water to distant locations in the house. Freddie provided a fair quote and delivered on his promise of a quality installation. He is very precise and only the highest quality work and parts are acceptable to him. His prices are very competitive.
