Limited Warranty
Noritz America Corporation hereby warrants this gas water heater to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under the following conditions:
. Tankless Domestic Hot Water Heaters
This Warranty is extended by Noritz to the Owner for the duration of this Warranty. This Warranty takes effect on the date of installation of the Product by the Noritz Authorized Installer or 30 days after the date of purchase, whichever occurs first, and is effective until the specified anniversary of such date as follows:
1. 10 years replacement on heat exchanger when the product is used in a
single family dwelling.
2. 3 years replacement on heat exchanger when the product is used for
commercial capacity, if it is used in other than a single family dwelling,
or if the product is supplied with pre-heated or circulated water.
3. Parts other than heat exchanger, 3 years replacement of defective
parts.

. Commercial Tankless Products (ASME Certified)
This Warranty is extended by Noritz to the Owner for the duration of this Warranty. This Warranty takes effect on the date of installation of the Product by the Noritz Authorized Installer or 30 days after the date of purchase, whichever occurs first, and is effective until the 5th anniversary of such date. Specific warranty periods are as follows:
1. 5 years replacement of heat exchanger.
2. Parts other than heat exchanger, 5 years replacement of defective
parts.

. Boiler Products (ASME Certified)
This Warranty is extended by Noritz to the Owner for the duration of this Warranty. This Warranty takes effect on the date of installation of the Product by the Noritz Authorized Installer or 30 days after the date of purchase, whichever occurs first, and is effective until the specified anniversary of such date as follows:
1. 10 years on heat exchanger (Pro-rated after first 5 years)
- 1-5 years, Free replacement
- 5-7 years, Noritz will provide a replacement heat exchanger at 25% of cost
- 7-8 years, Noritz will provide a replacement heat exchanger at 50% of cost
- 9-10 years, Noritz will provide a replacement heat exchanger at 75% of cost
2. Parts other than Heat Exchanger, 1 year Free replacement of defective
parts
