Manufacturing Tankless Water Heater Parts

Noritz has been developing and manufacturing gas operated water heating products since 1951 and is the number one manufacturer in the world for tankless technology. Noritz utilizes the Noritz Production System (NPS) Just-in-Time production line system, which is the "necessary time needed to produce enough product" to eliminate all waste, shorten lead times and deliver products quickly and efficiently to consumers. Noritz water heaters were designed for commonality of tooling for such production processes. By standardizing assembly steps and tools, in-process inventory levels and costs are reduced. Our manufacturing process allows for quality control, because we manufacture all of the tankless water heater parts and components needed for our water heater units. Over 1.3 million tankless gas water heaters are constructed in our main manufacturing facility in Japan, which is the largest tankless plant in the world.
