Our 531 series is perfect for apartments, condominiums and townhouses.  When properly sized, they provide an endless supply of hot water and are designed to be more efficient than traditional tank-type water heaters.  These compact heaters will save space without compromising power.  The N-0531S is for indoor/outdoor use.  The N-0531S-OD model is for outdoor use only and requires no additional venting parts.
