NEW $300 Tax Credit!
For qualifying Noritz Tankless Water Heaters

The Federal Government is recognizing the benefits of our Noritz tankless water heaters by giving a $300 tax credit to consumers who purchase a qualifying unit.  Thanks to this tax credit, it is now more affordable than ever!  NOW is the time to buy!  And unlike a tax deduction, a tax credit reduces tax dollar-for-dollar, lowering the total amount of tax owed to the government.  And it's so easy to qualify for the tax credit.  Just simply claim it on your federal income tax form.

What is it?
The new Energy Policy Tax Incentives Act of 2005 will give homeowners a $300 tax credit on their personal income tax for those who install a high-efficiency gas, oil, or propane water heaters with an energy factor (EF) of at least 0.80.  Our qualifying Noritz tankless water heaters meet and surpass the 0.80 EF standards. Most current conventional tank-type residential water heaters do not meet this EF standard.

When is it?
The new Energy Policy Tax Incentives will be in effect from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007.

How it works.
Homeowners who purchase either a Noritz N-063S NG/LP, N-063S-OD NG/LP, N-0631S NG/LP, N-0631S-OD NG/LP, N-069M NG/LP, N-069M-OD NG/LP, N-0751M NG/LP, N-0751M-DV NG/LP, or N-0751M-OD NG/LP tankless water heater will be eligible for the tax credit.  In order to take advantage of the one-time $300 tax credit, consumers must purchase a qualifying unit in either 2006 or 2007, and simply claim it on their federal income tax form the year of installation.  As required by law, please keep your receipt(s) of purchase and installation for tax record purposes.  For additional information, please visit: www.energy.gov/taxbreaks.htm
