When the business partners began planning for the construction of their new upscale Thai restaurant - located in the historic Mandel lofts in downtown Los Angeles - they wanted to use only the best materials and equipment available.  After researching and reviewing their options, they decided the Noritz commercial water heaters would be the ideal choice for their water heating needs.  The Noritz unit met all local city code requirements and was also a space saving solution.  For the owners, the unit’s energy efficiency was the deciding factor due to the unit’s on-demand system and modulating capability, which only uses the energy necessary to heat the water that is used.
